Project brief

Start With the Website Problem You Already Know

The KMX project brief begins with your reason for coming. Choose a new website, redesign, visibility and conversion, booking or intake system, website repair, or continuing care. If you arrived from a service page, that problem family should already be selected and visible for confirmation.

You do not need to diagnose the technology. Begin with the customer action, business problem, or failure you can observe.

Choose Your Starting Point

A generic contact form collects a name, email, and open-ended message, then postpones the useful questions until a call. The living project brief does the opposite. It carries forward known context, asks the next relevant question, and shows the plan assembling from confirmed facts.

New-site visitors answer outcome and customer-path questions. Visibility visitors identify the search or conversion bottleneck. System visitors describe rules, choices, and handoffs. Repair visitors first report platform, availability, symptom, timing, recent changes, access, and business impact. No repair visitor should be forced through branding or launch-goal questions before the active problem is recorded.

Review Your Plan So Far

Start the relevant project brief. Review and correct the problem family, then add one useful answer at a time. The visible brief should show what is known, what remains unanswered, likely scope direction, and where human review becomes appropriate.

The result is not a final proposal, guaranteed diagnosis, price, ranking forecast, or automated approval. It is an operator-ready starting record that reduces repetition and makes the next conversation more useful.

FAQ

Questions Before You Start

Do I need to finish the whole brief? +

No. The first useful answers can still create a better starting record.

Will I receive an exact price immediately? +

Not unless approved pricing rules and sufficient requirements support it. The brief can identify complexity and pricing basis.

Should I enter passwords? +

No. Never enter administrator, hosting, domain, email, or payment credentials in the public brief.

What happens if the problem is urgent? +

The rescue path prioritizes availability, customer impact, timing, access, and immediate triage questions.

Is this an artificial-intelligence chatbot? +

The brief may use guided or artificial-intelligence-assisted behavior, but the durable object is the visible, correctable project record.
